Tap the large white plus + Sign at the bottom center of most screens.
Next, you’ll have three options:
You can tap on the White Camera Icon on the bottom left to film your footage live right then and there.
You can tap to select a video clip or image from your Camera Roll’s Recents, displayed as a shortcut to upload. This feature lets you swipe left to search through and select your most recent clips and images without having to leave the app.
Or you can tap BROWSE FULL CAMERA ROLL to search for and upload pre-filmed videos or images from your device’s Camera Roll.
Option C is the most common upload method from within the app. You can scroll through your Recents album or tap the Albums tab centered at the top of your screen to search through your device’s other albums.
You can either select a single video or image or bulk upload them into Coachly as a group. Tap to select the video(s) or image(s) that you wish to upload. You’ll see a red and white check mark in the upper right corner of all video(s) or image(s) that you select.
Optionally, you can tap the Trim video toggle switch in the bottom left corner of your screen to trim the length of your selected video(s) before they are uploaded.
Once you’re satisfied with the video(s) or image(s) you’ve selected, tap Add in the upper right corner of your screen.
If you had previously turned on the Trim video toggle switch, you'll now have the opportunity to use a slider to trim the beginning or the end of your selected video(s).
Note: If it’s a single video, you’ll have the option to either tap ANALYZE or UPLOAD, depending on whether you want to analyze the video immediately in our analysis suite or upload it to your Gallery.
Now those video(s) or image(s) will appear in your Gallery.
