On your device’s Homescreen, tap to open your Photos app.
In your Camera Roll’s Library or Albums, select the specific video(s) or image(s) that you wish to upload into the Coachly app.
Tap the Share Icon at the bottom left of your device’s screen.
On the Share Sheet menu of contacts and app, swipe left through the app menu until you see the Coachly app icon.
Tap the Coachly app icon.
If you wish to upload the video(s) or image(s) into a specific Gallery category folder, tap the word Folder on your screen. Next, tap the specific Gallery category folder that you wish to upload into.
Then, tap the large red Upload button near the bottom center of your screen.
Now, those select video(s) or image(s) will appear in your Gallery within the category folder you’ve selected.
