Updated over 3 months ago
  1. Once you’ve accepted a client’s Full Remote Lesson request, Tap PROVIDE YOUR FEEDBACK under the Lesson Accepted section on the same screen.

  2. Under Player’s Footage, tap the red + Sign that’s above Add Feedback, in order to put the client’s Side View footage into Coachly’s full video analysis suite.

  3. In the video analysis suite, you’ll want to familiarize yourself with all of the available tools before beginning your feedback recording. You can:

    1. Compare the client’s footage to other athletes or pro examples from your Gallery or Camera Roll.

    2. Slow-motion and Pause their footage.

    3. Pinch to Zoom in or out on their footage.

    4. Use a variety of Drawing Tools to highlight key points.

    5. Selfie-film yourself speaking to your client or demonstrating techniques as an overlay on their sent footage.

    6. Use AI-powered Skeleton Tracking to focus 100% on your athletes' skeletal mechanics by blacking out their footage and any background distractions.

  4. Tap the red circle centered at the top of your screen once you’re ready to start recording your analysis and feedback.

  5. Allow screen capture in Coachly, by tapping Record Screen & Microphone in the popup that appears.

  6. When you’re finished with recording, tap the white pause circle centered at the top of your screen and then tap the red square to stop your recording.

  7. If you’re satisfied with your recording after reviewing it, tap USE VIDEO in the upper right of your screen. If you’re not satisfied with your recording, tap Start Over in the bottom left of the screen to take another crack at your feedback.

  8. If your client has also sent you optional Back View footage to analyze, you would tap the red + Sign that’s above Add Feedback, in order to put the client’s Back View footage into Coachly's full video analysis suite.

  9. You would then re-follow steps 3-7 above to analyze your client’s Back View footage.

Note: Sending Back View footage is optional for your clients. You may only review footage from the Side View.

  10. Under Resources, tap the red Recommended Drill + Sign.

  11. Next, you’ll have 4 options:

    1. You can tap into any of your Coachly Gallery category folders to find and then tap to select a Recommended Drill video.

    2. You can tap on the White Camera Icon on the bottom left to film your Recommended Drill live right then and there.

    3. You can tap to select a video clip or image from your Camera Roll’s Recents, displayed as a shortcut to upload a Recommended Drill. This feature lets you swipe left to search through and select your most recent clips and images without having to leave the app.

    4. Or, you can tap BROWSE FULL CAMERA ROLL to search for and upload a pre-filmed Recommended Drill from your device’s Camera Roll.

  12. Again, under Resources, tap the red Pro Player Example + Sign.

  13. Next, you’ll again have 4 options:

  14. Optionally, you can tap the text area below Lesson Notes to leave your client with any additional feedback, encouragement, or homework that you’d like them to do between lessons.

  15. Tap SEND LESSON to complete your Full Remote Lesson.
