On your device’s Homescreen, tap to open your Photos app.
In your Camera Roll’s Library or Albums, select the specific video(s) or image(s) that you wish to upload into the Coachly app.
Tap the Share Icon at the bottom left of your device’s screen.
On the Share Sheet menu of contacts and app, swipe left through the app menu until you see the SeamsUp app icon.
Tap the Coachly app icon.
Then, tap the large red Upload button near the bottom center of your screen.
Now those select video(s) or image(s) will appear in your Gallery.
