  1. Tap on the Gallery Grid Icon on the bottom navigation menu of most screens within the app.

  2. Tap the Gallery category folder that houses the video you’d like to share.

  3. Tap to select the video or image that you'd like to analyze.

  4. Tap Analyze in bottom of your screen, or alternatively, tap the three dots in the upper left corner of your screen and then tap the Analyze... option.

  5. Inside the video analysis suite, you’ll want to familiarize yourself with all of the available tools before beginning your feedback recording. You can:

    1. Compare the client’s footage to other athletes or pro examples from your Gallery or Camera Roll.

    2. Slow-motion and Pause their footage.

    3. Pinch to Zoom in or out on their footage.

    4. Use a variety of Drawing Tools to highlight key points.

    5. Selfie-film yourself speaking to your client or demonstrating techniques as an overlay on their sent footage.

    6. Use AI-powered Skeleton Tracking to focus 100% on your athletes' skeletal mechanics by blacking out their footage and any background distractions.

  6. Tap the red circle centered at the top of your screen once you’re ready to start recording your analysis.

  7. Allow screen capture in Coachly, by tapping Record Screen & Microphone in the popup that appears.

  8. When you’re finished with recording, tap the white pause circle centered at the top of your screen and then tap the red square to stop your recording.

  9. If you’re satisfied with your recording after reviewing it, tap USE VIDEO in the upper right of your screen. If you’re not satisfied with your recording, tap Start Over in the bottom left of the screen to take another crack at your feedback.

  10. When you tap USE VIDEO, the analyzed and completed video will load into your coaching Gallery.
