Coaches have 48 hours to respond any and all lesson requests that you send. Though it's usually sooner.
If your coach were to decline the request or not respond within 48 hours, you’d not be charged a dime, and you’d be free to send a new booking request to any other coach within our marketplace.
We know there's a perfect coach out there for you.
For Analysis and Full Remote Lessons:
Once a coach has accepted your Analysis or Full Remote Lesson request, they'll have soft deadline of 72 hours to return your lesson feedback.
If they fail to return your lesson feedback within 72 hours, you'll have the option to reach out and ask the coach via Chat where you feedback is, request and receive a full refund within 2-3 business days, or just simply not respond and give your coach more time to complete your lesson.
If your coach has not completed your lesson feedback within 1 week of accepting your lesson request, then they will trigger a hard deadline, and you'll receive a full refund within 2-3 business days.
For In-person Lessons:
Once a coach has accepted your In-Person Lesson request, they'll have 72 hours to reach out to you either via phone call or email and try to make first contact.
If they fail to reach out to you within 72 hours, you'll have the option to reach out and ask the coach via Chat why they have not reached out yet, request and receive a full refund within 2-3 business days, or just simply not respond and give your coach more time to reach out.
If your coach has not reached out to you to set up an in-person lesson within 1 week of accepting your lesson request, then they will trigger a hard deadline, and you'll receive a full refund within 2-3 business days.
For Live Call Lessons:
You select the days and times to meet that are most convenient for you from the coach's posted availability.
Once a coach has accepted your Live Call request, you'll meet them on live video call at the designated day and time.
If you decide to cancel the Live Call lesson with less than 48 hours notice before the lesson's start time, then you will charged in full for the lesson and no refund will be issued.
