To access your Live Call Lesson tap the Lessons clipboard icon at the bottom of most screens.
You’ll see the pending date and time for your Live Call Lesson next to your chosen Coach’s profile picture as a tab at the top of your Lessons screen. Tap this tab.
You can now manage your upcoming Live Call Lesson from this same screen.
You can tap CANCEL YOUR LIVE CALL to cancel your lesson.
Once the Live Call Lesson time is almost ready to begin, you’ll be able to communicate with your chosen Coach via both custom and templated chat messages by tapping the black QUICK REPLY button.
Once it’s time, tap the green JOIN ROOM button and follow the intuitive prompts to start your Live Call Lesson.
If the coach accepts your request, but then cancels your Live Call for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund within 2-3 business days. If you decide to cancel your Live Call Lesson, our cancellation policy is below.
Live Call Lesson Cancellation Policy:You may cancel this Live Call lesson up until 48 hours before its scheduled start time and receive a full refund within 2-3 business days.
If you choose to cancel this lesson less than 48 hours before its scheduled start time, you will be charged in full and no refund will be issued.
After you and your chosen Coach meet for your Live Call Lesson, you will receive a recording of the entire session here on this screen. You can re-watch or share this recording anytime.
Once you receive your Live Call Lesson recording, you’ll be prompted to tap either LEAVE YOUR REVIEW or LEAVE YOUR RATING (depending on if it’s your first time working with this Coach or not), in order to share your experiences with fellow parents trying to find the right fit for their son or daughter.
