  4. Which area of Coachly app are you experiencing the problem with?

  5. Have you made any recent changes or updates that might be relevant?

  6. Can you explain step-by-step what you were doing when the problem occurred?

  7. Are you encountering this problem consistently or intermittently?

  8. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?

  9. Please send screenshots of the issue you're experiencing.

Area: Connectivity

  1. Are you experiencing the issue on an iPhone or iPad?

  2. Please advise what version of operating system (iOS) is running on your device?

  3. Are you currently using the latest Coachly app version?

  4. How stable is your mobile internet connection at the moment? Is your Wi-Fi signal strong and uninterrupted?

  5. What country are you currently located in?

  6. Does Coachly have permissions to access your location?

Area: Account

  1. Do you intend to operate on Coachly as a Coach or an Athlete?

  2. What's your sport?

  3. Is the email that you used to login this time around the same email that you set up your Coachly account with?

Area: Payment

  1. Was your card or bank account on file issued in the USA?

  2. Does your card have a valid expiration date?

  3. Does your card have a CVV code? Please do not provide us with the code itself, this is just to help us figure out the issue.

  4. If this is related to a lesson, when did you complete the lesson in question?

  5. If you're a coach, do you have your Stripe account completely set up for Coachly?
