Tap on the Gallery Grid Icon on the bottom navigation menu of most screens within the app.
Tap the ... (three dots) Icon in the top right of your Gallery.
Tap SELECT from the options.
Then, tap on the specific video(s) or images(s) that you would like to delete.
Tap the red DELETE Trash Can Icon in the bottom right of your screen to delete your selected video(s) or image(s).
Alternatively, you can long press on the single video or image you want to delete, then tap the red Delete option to complete the process.
