You can chat message with your coaches on Coachly. Our chat has the capabilities of iMessage, but the difference is that this chat helps separate you or your athlete's training and personal lives.
On all athlete account tiers (including Free), once you've completed a lesson with a given coach, you are free to chat with them in an unlimited way.
On Free athlete accounts, you can chat message before purchasing a lesson only with coaches who have chosen to allow anyone to contact them. You can chat with such coaches starting from their coaching profile listing.
With Pro tier athlete accounts you can reach out and chat message before purchasing a lesson with all coaches who have chosen to allow anyone to contact them, as well as member status level coaches.
With MVP tier athlete accounts you can reach out and chat message before purchasing a lesson with all coaches on Coachly--including member only coaches, and verified only coaches. An MVP tier athlete account gives you chat access to the most exclusive coaches on Coachly.
Chat History
Depending on the athlete account tier that you have chosen, your chat history with coaches will be stored for different durations of time.
We calculate chat storage based on the number of days messages are stored, not the number of messages per day.
Whether you send 1 message or 50 messages in a single day, it counts as 1 day of storage.
The three athlete account tier options are: Free, Pro, and MVP.
🏃 Free: Chat history is saved for 10 days
💪 Pro: Chat history is saved for 90 days
🏆 MVP: Unlimited Chat history storage
