The Coachly Customer Service team may ask you for details related your camera and microphone permissions, in order to help solve your video and audio recording issues.

Permissions

Coachly not being granted camera or microphone permissions creates the most common cause of video and audio recording issues. This can occur when live recording footage within the app or when attempting to record video analysis in our editor suite.

Camera

To grant camera access to an iPhone app, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone.

2. Scroll down and tap on "Privacy".

3. Tap on "Camera".

4. You will see a list of apps that have requested camera access. Toggle the switch next to the app you want to grant camera access to. If the switch is green, it means the app has permission to access the camera. If the switch is gray, tap on it to allow camera access for that app.

Microphone

To grant microphone access to an iPhone app, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone.

2. Scroll down and tap on "Privacy".

3. Tap on "Microphone".

4. You will see a list of apps that have requested microphone access. Toggle the switch next to the app you want to grant microphone access to. If the switch is green, it means the app has permission to access the microphone. If the switch is gray, tap on it to allow microphone access for that app.
