The Coachly Customer Service team may ask you for details related your permissions and location services, in order to help solve your connectivity issues.

Location Services

To turn on Location Services on an iPhone, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone.

  2. Scroll down and tap on "Privacy".

  3. Tap on "Location Services".

  4. On this screen, you can toggle the switch at the top to turn on or off Location Services for all apps on your iPhone.

  5. If you prefer to customize location settings for individual apps, leave Location Services turned on and scroll down to view the list of apps. Tap on the specific app and choose one of the following options:

    • "Never" to deny the app access to your location.

    • "While Using the App" to allow the app to access your location only when you are actively using it.

    • "Always" to allow the app access to your location even when you are not using it.
