How to Troubleshoot Live Call Scheduling Issues

Learn how to troubleshoot live call scheduling issues as a coach.

The Coachly Customer Service team may ask you for details related to your Live Call Single Lesson or Coach On-Demand Subscriptions, in order to help solve your scheduling issues.

If you and a client are messaging back and forth and they say that they've tried to send your a Live Call Lesson request, but that you are not available for the day and time you two had previously arranged to meet, please complete the following steps:

A. Double-check that you have the correct day and time that the clients is looking for currently selected as available within your Live Call Lesson availability.

  1. Tap on your profile photo in the upper left corner of most screens.

  2. Then, under the Offerings choices, tap on the Single Lesson or Coach On-Demand Subscriptions tab.

  3. Under Live Call, tap Update Live Call Lesson.

  4. Tap the Time Slots tab.

  5. Double check all the days and times during each week that you or your client need to be available to give Live Call Lesson.

B. Double-check that the amount of time between the client's requested Live Call day and time matches up with your currently selected "Limit Booking" limitation.

⏳ You can set how much of a heads up you like before receiving a Live Call Lesson request anywhere from 1 hour before to 3 days before. Sometime the day and time your client is trying to book might be made impossible by how you currently have you Limit Booking time set.

  1. Tap on your profile photo in the upper left corner of most screens.

  2. Then, under the Offerings choices, tap on the Single Lesson or Coach On-Demand Subscriptions tab.

  3. Under Live Call, tap Update Live Call Lesson.

  4. Tap to select how much of a heads up you’d like on calls to set your booking limit. You can choose from 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 1 day, 2 days, or 3 days.

  5. Tap SAVE CHANGES to post Live Call Lessons as an offering on your publicly-facing coaching profile page.
