The Coachly Customer Service team may ask you for details related your software versions, in order to help solve your connectivity issues.
iOS Version
In order to check the iOS version running on your iPhone, you can follow these steps:
Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone.
Scroll down and tap on "General".
Tap on "About".
Look for the "Software Version" or "Version" information. This will display the iOS version installed on your iPhone.
Coachly Version
In order to check and see that you have the latest version of the Coachly app running on your device, you can check on the App Store:
Open the "App Store" app on your device.
Tap on the "Today" tab at the bottom of the screen.
Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Scroll down until you find the "Available Updates" section. If Coachly app has an update available, the current version will be displayed there. Please update the app.
